Payment & Refund Policy

Payment is due upon completion of services and must be received before final documents or website access are delivered.

Once the service has been completed, including resumes, CVs, cover letters, or website creation, no refunds will be issued.

If you need to cancel your service 24 - 48 hours or more before the scheduled consultation, and no work has begun, no payment will be required.

While refunds are not available after completion, we are committed to your satisfaction and will make reasonable revisions to ensure the final deliverable meets your expectations.
