Cancellation Policy

All Sales are Final: Non-refundable Payments: Full payment must be made before work commences. Exception for Cancellations 48 Hours Prior to Scheduled Interview: If a request to cancel services is 48 hours or more before the scheduled interview and completion of the task, a full refund will be issued. Partial Refund for Cancellations Less Than 48 Hours or After the Interview: If cancellations are made less than 48 hours of the scheduled interview or after the interview has taken place and the task has began, a partial refund will be issued. No Refunds After Task Completion: Once the task (in this case, cover letter, resume, or CV) has been completed, no refunds will be issued. This is a common practice, as the completion of the service implies the use of resources and time. Commitment to Revision to Satisfaction: Although refunds may not be issued after completion, a commitment is made to making every attempt to revise the cover letter, resume, or CV to the client's satisfaction.
